At AirNexa, we are committed to providing high-quality personal care and sleep-support products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- All accessories, charging cables, manuals, and packaging must be included.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered:
- Mouth Tape
- Nasal Strips
Because these products come into direct contact with the skin and breathing areas, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or unopened packs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Precision Ear & Nose Trimmer Returns
The Precision Ear & Nose Trimmer may qualify for a return or replacement if:
- The product is defective upon arrival
- The incorrect item was received
- The item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging
For hygiene reasons, used grooming devices cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing fault.
If approved, the trimmer must be returned:
- Clean and free from hair, residue, or damage
- With all original accessories included
- In its original box and packaging
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being declined.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for lost return parcels.
